Postnatal Yoga

Postnatal yoga is a wonderful way to help mothers return to their pre-pregnancy shape whilst encouraging a strong connection between mother and baby. This form of yoga focuses specifically on correcting issues that postnatal women may have, e.g. tightening pelvic floor, strengthening abdominal muscles, easing backache and opening rounded shoulders.
